Chef John's Orange Chicken Lo Mein
Sautéed chicken breast, fresh vegetables and a spicy orange sauce tossed with noodles.
Topped with crunchy cabbage slaw, cilantro and sesame seeds.

Tuscan
​All-natural Gosar Ranch Italian sausage, artichoke hearts and Kalamata olives simmered in our rich, house marinara.
Served over linguini and topped with Parmesan. 

Chicken Florentine
​Sauteed chicken breast and fresh spinach in a Provolone and Parmesan cream sauce.
Served over penne, topped with Parmesan. 

​Chef Jeph's Spicy Bacon
Roasted garlic, red pepper flakes, and crisp bacon in a light refreshing lemon sauce.
Tossed with fresh cilantro, linguini and Parmesan. 


Local Favorites:
​Our house red chile is mildly spicy and gluten fee.
Our green chile is spicy and is *not* gluten free.
Both are vegan.



Chicken Quesadilla
​House red chile-glazed chicken breast, melted cheddar and jack cheeses, with house green chile in a crisped red chile tortilla.
Served with house salsa upon request.


Southwest Vegan Burrito
Local black beans mixed with special house spices, potatoes, onions, garlic and peppers, wrapped in a red chile tortilla.

​Thinly sliced meat, grilled and topped with melted Monterey jack cheese and house green chile, with avocado and tomato, stacked on toasted bread.
Served with house potato salad and creamy citrus coleslaw.
Choice of ham, turkey or roast beef.

Tamari Ginger Wrap
Ginger sautéed fresh vegetables and basmati rice simmered in tamari and wrapped in a red chile tortilla with fresh avocado.
Served with cashew sauce for dipping and a side salad with your choice of dressing.

Topped with melted cheese and presented on our freshly-baked house ciabatta bun.
